Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

The final bill must be settled prior to check-out.

The management reserves the right to collect a refundable security deposit at its discretion. The deposit, if collected, will be refunded at the time of check-out after inspection of the property and its contents, and after adjustment of any pending dues, if applicable.

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Failure to do so may result in denial of admission.

The swimming pool is equipped with filtration systems and is cleaned after each use. The pool is not temperature-controlled.

The jacuzzi has a geyser-connected hot water valve. Please note that the jacuzzi itself is not heated; hot water mixes with the existing water to provide a comfortable experience while seated.

Management reserves the right to deny admission or evict guests in case of inappropriate behavior or violation of house policies.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required due to soiled washrooms, rooms, or common areas.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud music or disruptive noise is strictly prohibited after this time.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore courts.
